Return Policy

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your Octocool products, you may return your items. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please review the below stated return guidelines.

  • Returns.
    Octocool will accept returns on items that have been purchased less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the return claim. Buyer must pay return shipping and any costs related to shipping, including customs and import / export fees to the return destination. Merchandise that is dirty, pre-worn, stained, torn, incomplete, samples, custom ordered (single shirts, cords, batteries, fans), or custom sized orders (sizes 4XL or larger) will not be reimbursed or accepted for returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days of return approval.

    • Restocking.
      Because the process and cost of shipping batteries overseas is expensive, the return amount issued will be less a fifty-five dollar restocking fee per item.
